Stage 1 

Initiating

Initiating a project efficiently will offer a blueprint of its fundamental properties from strategic goals , budgets , timelines ,scopes and methodology to controls , services , resources and services including roles , stakeholders etc.

Stage 2 

Planning

Planning a project effectively is one of the main key elements in construction , this allows multiple aspects and scope's of work on the project to be captured , reviewed and scheduled accordingly to maximize work performance's , timelines , transparency , communications , compliances and other crucial contributing factors associated.

Stage 3 

Executing

Executing the project plan will shape the structure of its purpose , by visualizing its contents , tasks , schedules and definitions  , enabling active progress with any outlining requirements offering a clear , clean and phased completion process.

Stage 4 

Closing

The Final phase of the project lifecycle , closures to all work tasks or activities , at this stage the product is officially handed to a client with care ensuring loose ends are completed of which documentation , certification and client training is presented.
