We also encourage mitigating risks to a bare minimum by adopting considerate care , planning and safe systems of work.

Manual Handling

its in the nature of our industry , at times even before we commence our works , inevitable to outline or avoid however using the correct approaches we believe most if not all manual handling incidents could be avoided by simply using the tools and equipment at hand, having technology and powered machinery on our side we can assess loads , plan loads and break down loads to achieve a low risk work environment and exposure.

Hand Tools & Equipment

Our physical point to enable any works to be carried out , without the correct tools or necessary equipment we simply could not deliver, achieve or even start any given or set tasks in our industry . part of our day to day usage we ensure our equipment is maintained regularly and updated when required , as we know every job requires the right tool and or equipment to be used. by ensuring all items are suitable and fit for purpose we comply with and under the PUWER regulations act set out in 1998. this is to provide a safe system of work for all our workforce members alongside a safer environment for our clients and for the members of public who may be affected or exposed to our work activities.

Lifting & Access Equipment

The Enabling elements of our industry allowing us to reach points of installation. with a wide variety of different equipment used in many challenging environments and part of our daily life's at times . We also understand and value these elements with great care . As without the correct access we would not achieve a safe system of work and even further not reach the great challenges we come across within the nature of this industry alongside the design requirements. We believe with the correct planning and assessments in place even the hardest of tasks or destinations can be achieved , reached and safely carried out. therefore we encourage our team to ensure they assess the working restrictions , environment's and suitability's whilst also carrying out the key safety checks involved with all Equipment.

Waste Management

The Environmental impact of our construction industry footprint , without the raw materials we would have nothing to construct , enabling all construction elements in achieving greatness in todays exceptional standards. We value our commitment to the impacts and our contribution
to the world wide issue around wastage , we simply believe the easiest way to reduce and control this matter is to not create it unnecessarily , by adopting the correct planning mindsets we as a team can offset percentage's of the carbon footprint which is naturally created by our joint industry's from the supply chains right down to our site based individuals creating more supply for this huge demand. ultimately the waste management process is very costly which contribute to high costs of construction phases and in a nutshell affect the public massively with higher costs on purchasing the products at hand however the biggest cost we all don't see in numbers is the irreversible damage caused to our Eco-system's & Wildlife.
